What is a Black & White Persian cat?
A black & white cat is often referred to as a Tuxedo cat. The cat consists of a black and white and can be standardly marked or lesser black spots. A black & white cat consists of black and white. A black and white Persian cat can have high white or very low white.
There is no know reference if more black and white Persians are male or female.
When it comes to colors of kittens produced by a cat, the male parent's color determines the color of the female offspring and the female parent's color determines the color of the male offspring. Basically, genetically a specific color male and a specific color female can only produce certain colors of kittens. Those kittens colors are predetermined by their parents.
